Description
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Specific:
· Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
· Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers.
· Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
· Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
· Maintain records related to sales.
· Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
· Answer questions regarding the location and its facilities, games and merchandise.
· Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
· Demonstrate use or operation of games or merchandise.
· Resolve and complaints arising from guests in a professional manner.
· Clean games, shelves, floor, counters, and tables.
· Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
· Inventory stock.
· Load games with tickets and instant win merchandise.
· Clear token and ticket jams.
· Assist with minor game repairs as needed and ability dictate.
· Assist in moving games.
· Take out the trash.
· Any other legal duties as required by the General Manager.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or Equivalent required. This is an entry level position.
