POP Therapies was founded by two BCBAs on a mission to reinvent the way ABA is delivered. We specialize in early intervention services in-home and in our growing clinic space—and we don’t believe in outdated models with impossible caseloads or limited support.
With small caseloads, consistent supervision, and a collaborative team culture, we’ve built a space where BCBA voices are heard, burnout is taken seriously, and growth is part of the plan.

📋 What You’ll Do
- Supervise RBTs weekly and review session notes, data, and timesheets
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with family goals
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland-3) and update every 6 months
- Deliver weekly parent training that actually makes a difference
- Track authorizations and ensure timely treatment plan updates
- Adjust programming based on data and client progress
- Provide FBA reports and direct client coverage when needed
- Collaborate with your team, communicate clearly, and celebrate wins
🧩 Who You Are
- A certified BCBA or BCBA-D
- Available part-time (10–28 hours/week) with the option to grow to full-time
- A team player who values transparency, collaboration, and consistency
- Organized, professional, and compassionate
- Experience in early intervention a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check & TB clearance
- Bilingual? Even better!
- Physically able to keep up with active kiddos (sit, squat, run, lift up to 35 lbs)
