Anova Care is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director in the Denver area. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about patient care and ready to take the next step in their career by supporting clinical operations and supervising care teams.

Position Summary:
The Assistant Clinical Director will work closely with the Clinical Director to support daily clinical operations, provide leadership to nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role involves assisting with staff supervision, compliance, and maintaining clinical excellence across our care programs.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (even 1 year of experience is encouraged to apply)

• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare management is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinical Director with daily clinical operations

• Support and supervise nursing and clinical staff

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards

• Participate in staff training and performance support

• Help maintain quality patient care and clinical documentation
