As we grow and transition into our next phase, we are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is passionate about people, pets, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services and excellent client satisfaction
   
• Hire, train, and lead a team of pet care professionals and coordinators
   
• Manage scheduling, communications, and performance across a growing team
   
• Implement and refine operational processes and team culture
   
• Act as a go-to problem solver for internal issues and customer concerns
   
• Collaborate with ownership on business goals, reporting, and growth strategies
   
• Step into leadership when the GM is unavailable or off-site
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing or leading people—preferably in the service, retail, or pet care industries
   
• A hands-on leader who leads by example, inspires trust, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
   
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
   
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities
   
• Tech-savvy with basic comfort using scheduling, CRM, and communication platforms
   
• Bonus: Experience in the pet care or veterinary industry
