Key Responsibilities

• Support daily salon operations and assist leadership as needed


• Deliver exceptional guest service and professionally manage guest concerns or recovery


• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable with consistency


• Lead by example while maintaining salon standards and brand presentation


• Support and coach retail sales and the overall guest experience
