Assistant Pro Shop Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pro Shop Manager in daily operational tasks and customer service


• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays


• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods


• Support in the organization of pro shop events and promotions


• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a golf pro shop or related environment


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting


• Basic knowledge of golf equipment, accessories, and trends


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
