ASSOCIATE CMO - MVH (Part-Time)

Collaborates under the direction of the MVH CMO as well as System Support to effectively align people, processes, and technology that enables and supports rapid cycle tests of innovation leading to creative, effective solutions. Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and other clinical leadership. Assists the MVH CMO in providing strategic direction for the department that supports the organization's people, patient experience (quality, safety & service), and medical staff office. Minimum Level of Education Required: Medical Doctorate or Doctor of Osteopathy Type of degree: MD/DO/MBBS Area of study: Medical Degree Minimum Level of Education Required: Medical Doctorate degree Type of degree: Medical Degree Area of study or major: Medical Degree Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: 3-5 years progressive physician leadership with demonstrated results Prior specific functional responsibilities: Previous leadership experience Preferred experience: Utilization management; Quality Improvement Currently active Ohio Medical License Board Certification in area of Specialty
