Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range of 30% of productions
• Lab Fees Are Covered By Employer

Responsibilities:

• Monday to Thursday (Off Friday's)
• Busy state-of-the-art office with 50 new patients monthly (3 Dentists and 3 Hygienists)
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
• Conduct meetings with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings, and establish treatment plans for better dental hygiene
• Perform various dental procedures including extractions, root canals, implants, endodontics, and filling cavities

Requirements:

• Clear and active Dentist license in the State of Florida
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
