Requirements

Education:

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Certifications:
You must hold a valid license as one of the following:

• Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
• Associate Professional Counselor (APCC)
• Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients.
• Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with the necessary technology.
• Committed to continuous professional growth and learning.
• A self-starter mindset with flexibility and a focus on providing excellent client care.

Physical Requirements:

• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
• May require long periods of sitting and standing.
• Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
• Good communication skills and emotional resilience to provide support to patients facing mental health challenges.

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Silver Lake Psychology's benefits package, which includes, among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision, and retirement.
