Job Description - Automatic Door Technician

Job title: Automatic Door Technician.
Location: Philadelphia VA Medical Center 3900 Woodland Avenue Philadelphia, PA.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Practical experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors.

Responsibilities:

Repair, replace, and upgrade automatic doors at Building 2 OR (5A143).
Address specific components, including Duel Egress Ditec Entrematic Surface Mount Handicap operator, low energy, H low profile header, Eagle motion sensor, Electronic panic bar and others as needed.
Coordinate all system shutdowns with facility management and utilities shops.
Perform all tasks during hours that do not disrupt hospital operations.
