Position is for a Dealership Service BDC Department

  Handles all incoming dealership calls.
  
  


• Manages service appointments for three dealerships


• 
  
  informs guest on what service work should be completed per manufacture requirements when setting up appointment
  
  


• Makes calls out for declined services or recommended services


• 
  
  Other duties as assigned

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
