You’ll start by learning the brands, products, and customer experience, then progress into assisting and participating in vehicle sales as your knowledge and confidence grow.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Develop deep product knowledge of Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles and technology
Assist customers with vehicle features, demonstrations, and questions
Work alongside experienced sales professionals and leadership
Learn consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building
Advance into commission-based sales responsibilities over time

Previous customer service experience
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in business, sales, marketing, leadership, or customer experience
No automotive or sales experience required — we provide training
