Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features
- Conduct test drives
- Discuss payment option with guests
- Follow up with sold guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Upsell additional products and services to customers

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
- Knowledge of dealership operations and processes
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and financing options
- Familiarity with inventory control systems
- Understanding of retail math principles for pricing and profit margins
- Ability to upsell and promote additional products or services
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous

Requirements:
·Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
·Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR check.
··Ability to multi-task between day-to-day and training courses.
·Ability to be physically active throughout the day.
