Automotive Service & Parts Advisor

Coggins of the Berkshires is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player to join our service department in a part-time support role. This person will serve as a key support system for our service team—helping to keep operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What's the job:

  Support the service team with scheduling, parts ordering, and daily operations

  Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out

  Order and track parts and maintain inventory

  Communicate with customers about vehicle status and service updates

  Keep service records and systems updated

  Help maintain a smooth, efficient service workflow

  Must be able to reliably commute to Pittsfield, MA

  Valid driver’s license required

  Part-time availability Monday–Friday
