Are you a retired or semi-retired automotive technician with 10+ years of hands-on experience? Do you want to give back to the trade by helping train and mentor the next generation of techs?

We’re looking for one or two seasoned automotive professionals to work part-time—just a few days a week—to assist in training and supporting young technicians entering the field.

  10+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry

  Strong diagnostic and repair skills

  Patience, communication skills, and a passion for teaching

  Working alongside entry-level techs in a shop environment

  Offering hands-on guidance, tips, and mentorship

• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)


• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED


• One-three years of related experience and training (10+ years preferred)


• Must be authorized to work in the USA


• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen


• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
