Automotive Title Clerk

Automotive experience required.

Toyota of Irving is looking for a full-time/ part-time experienced automotive accounting clerk to join our team. If you thrive in the fast pace culture of a dealership accounting office then this may be the job for you.

We only hire the best of the best& are looking for the perfect fit to join our team. Our top candidate will need to possess the following skill set:

• New/Used title work experience required


• Ability to multi-task – deadline oriented – time management


• Automotive experience is required

• Tekion experience a plus


• Accounting and General Ledger experience a plus


• Additional tasks including schedules will be assigned


• Wholesale knowledge


• Process title and registration for new vehicle sales

• Accurately prepare title documents for the State in which the vehicle is to be registered


• Follow up on outstanding issues


• Prepare checks and GL entries for tax work submitted to the State

Experience:

• bookkeeping: 1 year minimum


• accounting: 1 year minimum


• Prior automotive title clerk experience required
