POSITION:                             Quality Assurance Tech Belly Complex – 2nd Shift

DEPARTMENT:                     Quality Control

LOCATION:                            Ottumwa

QUALIFICATIONS:                   

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Production experience in a food processing facility highly preferred.
• Food safety and/or food service experience preferred.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field preferred. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Monitor and evaluate quality levels of product, areas, and people.
• Complete audits throughout shift pertaining to food safety, product quality, and document findings.
• Ensure all company safety guidelines are being followed.
• Follow all food safety requirements.
• Work closely with management to achieve production objectives.
• Perform various other duties as needed or assigned.
