Bakery Prep Associate - Part-Time

The Bakery Perp Associate plays a critical support role in maintaining product presentation, organization, and retail readiness. The Bakery Prep Associate helps ensure that the bakery remains well-stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with food safety standards while supporting the overall efficiency of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Package and label baked goods accurately.


• Stock bakery shelves and displays.


• Assist with oven loading and product rotation.


• Monitor freshness and remove substandard items.


• Maintain clean and organized prep areas.

Qualifications

• Food service or retail experience helpful but not required.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.


• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to stand for extended periods.


• Comfortable working in warm environments.
