Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing:

  Connecting with your patients: You’ll conduct meaningful home visits and develop personalized care plans.

  Empowering your team: Supervise and support our caregiving staff, helping them grow with hands-on coaching.

  
  


• 
  

  A little flexibility: We ask for one weekend day and one evening shift per month (flexible scheduling available).

Who We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Active RN or LPN License in Massachusetts - If you’re new to nursing, don’t worry—we’ll help you grow!

  
  


• 
  

  CPR Certification—because safety always comes first.

  
  


• 
  

  1+ Year of Nursing Experience - with a preference for Home Care or community-based settings.

  
  


• 
  

  Communication & Organization Pro: You’ve got those skills down cold. You can keep things running smoothly while staying compassionate.

  
  


• 
  

  Spanish-Speaking - Preferred -  but not a deal breaker!

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable Transportation - You’ll need a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license to get around.
