We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Captain and Event Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing banquet events, ensuring exceptional service, and coordinating with staff to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage banquet staff during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and presentation.
• Train and mentor new staff members on service standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist in the planning and execution of event logistics and timelines.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, reporting any needs to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in banquet service or event management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
