Banquet Server

The Banquet Server provides exceptional food and beverage service for golf tournaments, meetings, and special events at the golf course. This role helps create a positive guest experience through attentive service, teamwork, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with buffet, plated, and cocktail-style service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly
• Work closely with banquet and kitchen staff to ensure smooth events

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift trays, tables, or chairs up to 40 lbs
