REQUIRED HOURS: Friday 6pm-Close and Saturday 7pm-Close
Job Summary
We are seeking a Barback to join our team! In this role your essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, like restocking and prepping garnishes. Your goal is to ensure patrons have an excellent experience at our bar and want to return again and again. If you’re friendly, hard-working, and can follow through with tasks. NO EXPERIENCE Necessary, willing to train, need a hard worker and great team player.
Responsibilities:
- Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down
- Restock supplies as needed
- Bus tables
- Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks
- Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
- Take out the trash
- Assist bartenders as requested
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Able to work nights and weekends
