Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas

- Ensure all beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
