Barista (Part-Time or Full-Time) Base Pay Plus Tips!

We are seeking a Guest-focused individual to assist in our front of house (FOH) Cafe area. This particular opportunity will allow you to work within our espresso/smoothie bar, making healthy & delicious smoothies, espresso-based drinks, and serving bakery treats that are made-from-scratch daily! Responsibilities will also include: running the cash registers, answering Guest inquiries regarding ingredients and products, stocking, day-to-day maintenance, and cleaning.  Cafe/Barista experience is strongly preferred.

The Ideal Candidate will:

Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of hospitality

Complete all register transactions accurately and maintain the highest cash handling standards

Expertly prepare espresso drinks, teas and smoothies at our expresso and juice bar

Job Type: Barista

Hours: Part-time and full-time hours available. Weekend availability required. Candidates should expect to work a mix of opening shifts (starting at 7:00AM) and closing shifts (ending at 7:30PM). Part-time staff must work a minimum of two shifts and 10 hours a week. Full-time staff must work between 30-40 hours a week, but number of shifts is flexible.

Pay: $16.00-$17.38 base pay plus tips. Previous experience will be taken into consideration
