Bartender

Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
• Learn names and interact with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent member service.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve promptly and accurately.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the bar manager.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events and functions.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-end or upscale establishment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, including the ability to create classic and innovative cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
