Position Title: Bartender Location: Pablo Center at the Confluence Department: Guest Relations
Reports To: Front of House Manager
Position Overview: The Pablo Center at the Confluence is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, artistic environment. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their visit to the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization, including stocking and cleaning glassware, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Process payments and handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate charges and balance at the end of the shift.
Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service, ensuring responsible service at all times.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the bar and overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking as needed.
Assist in creating seasonal or event-specific drink menus that align with the Pablo Center’s events and audience.
Participate in training programs to stay current with industry trends, products, and customer service standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or artistic venue.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, modern drink trends, and various spirits and mixers.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on event schedules.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
