Position: Bartender
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will provide exceptional service to guests by preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences

  
  


• 
  

  Greet guests in a friendly, engaging manner and provide excellent customer service

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions

  
  


• 
  

  Check identification to verify legal drinking age

  
  


• 
  

  Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all state, local, and company alcohol service regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe environment

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in inventory control, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages

  
  


• 
  

  Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for guest transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Must be at least 21 years of age

  
  


• 
  

  High School Diploma/GED required

  
  


• 
  

  Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Valid state-required alcohol server permit/license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
