Normandy Farm and Farmer's Daughter is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in working in an upscale hospitality environment. An exemplary work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for providing superior customer service are necessary for all applicants. Applicants with experience working for first-class hospitality organizations will be strongly considered. 

Must have open availability to work Sunday through Saturday a minimum of 3 shifts per week from 3:00PM - 11:00PM on weekdays and 3:00PM- 12:00AM weekends 

 This position will require you to complete a Responsible Alcohol Management Program to obtain RAMP certification  

• Attends and participates in all training sessions and team meetings
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are stocked
• Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
• Greet guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome
• Cater to the guests requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer service
• Assess customers’ food and beverage needs and preferences, and be able to make appropriate recommendations
• Mixes, prepares, and serves drinks according to the pre-approved recipes
• Processes payments/checks accurately and efficiently
• Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment
• Maintains daily inventory, records of liquors, beers, and wine
• Cleans and locks up according to prescribed procedures
• Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct
• Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management

Requirements

•  Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-3 years of previous bartending experience
•  Must be RAMP certified or willing to obtain RAMP certification for employment 
• Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations as well as etiquette.
• Available to work weekends, evening shifts and major holidays (Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, along with other special events from time to time)
• Abide by all Laws and company policies that regulate serving alcoholic beverages
• Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance at all times
• Frequently Wash Hands for proper food handling
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
