Bartender/Server at Adult Pool

New Albany Country Club is now accepting applications for Bartenders/Servers to join our Adult Pool team for the summer season. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-end, resort-style environment while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

  Schedule: Monday–Sunday, shifts between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

  Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older

  
  

Qualifications

  Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and guest service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred

  Professional appearance and positive attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Answer questions about drink ingredients and make beverage recommendations

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and club policies

  
  


• 
  

  Verify age and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area

  
  


• 
  

  Complete side work, including cleaning, stocking, garnish prep, and sanitizing glassware

  
  


• 
  

  Remove alcohol from service areas at required closing times

  
  


• 
  

  Perform additional duties as assigned to support pool operations
