BCBA - Full-Time/Part-Time Employee

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts have access to greater autonomy in individualizing assessment and treatment, support for maintaining a caseload that meets your individual scheduling needs, interests, expertise, and excellent opportunities for advancement. We work with clients of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings including family homes, community settings, and public and private schools.

BCBA Duties 

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be considered


• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients 


• Diversified caseload with children, teens, and adults


• Diversified caseload with a variety of funding sources


• Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs and RBTs


• Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
