As a stylist at Genesis Beauty Lounge, you will:

Offer exceptional hairstyling services, including blowouts, silk presses, textured styles, color services and special occasion updos.

Provide tailored consultations to help clients achieve their desired looks.

Educate clients about haircare routines and recommend products to maintain their style.

Participate in a culture of continuous learning, embracing the latest techniques and trends in styling and textured hair care.

Maintain a professional, welcoming, and polished work environment.

Foster relationships with clients to build loyalty and grow your clientele.

What We're Looking For

A licensed cosmetologist in Maryland or willing to transfer license to Maryland (We will support in the process).

Minimum of 1 years experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive and adaptable team player with a client-first attitude.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Must be able to work 10 hours a week min.

Please note you will have to do a technical interview to demonstrate your skills and have pictures of past work.

Compensation: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
