Job Description - Before School Teacher


Are you an early riser who enjoys interacting with school age children in grades K-5?  If you answered yes, please consider this Before School Teaching position at Heartfelt Impressions.

DETAIL:
  • Before School Teacher
  • Regular, part-time
  • Monday – Friday, 6:30am-10am
  • Desired start Monday, August 25, 2025
  • Pay range $13-$18 per hour*
NOTE: This position does NOT qualify for US VISA Sponsorship or relocation

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a chauffer’s endorsement
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a Background Check (fingerprinting conducted by Heartfelt Impressions)
  • CPR certification required (can be completed after hire)
  • *Must be willing to transport children to and from school in a 14-passenger bus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Some of the essential functions of the Before School Teacher are….
  • Communicates openly with both parents and staff
  • Provides active supervision at all times
  • Activity planning (indoor and outdoor)
  • Helping children with homework assignments, conflict resolution and other classroom interactions
  • Feeding the children their breakfast meal
  • Building respectful relationships in the classroom
  • Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Attend Heartfelt Impressions company/school meetings
