As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism or other developmental needs, using play-based strategies to help them grow in communication, behavior, and independence. Whether you’ve worked in a daycare, preschool, or after-school program, your experience is highly valuable in this role—and we’ll train you every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with children through fun, structured activities
- Teach essential life and communication skills through behavior-based methods
- Provide consistent encouragement and praise to promote learning
- Work closely with clinical supervisors and families
- Track child progress using simple tools (we train you!)

Requirements:
- Experience working with children (child care, nannying, daycare, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm, patient, and engaging with children
- Willingness to learn and grow in a new field

Technical Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRASPORTATION
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BA/BS or AA (with coursework in psychology or a related field)
- Experience with kids is necessary if you do not have experience in the field or a degree in a related field (psychology, child development, education, etc)
- Flexible with work schedule to accommodate potential needs during M-F 2pm-8pm peak hours
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in ABA strategies or a high willingness to learn
