Pay: $17–$25 per hour

Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We focus on the whole family, often including siblings and parents in therapy.

We are looking for energetic individuals to provide 1:1 therapy to help children improve communication, social, and play skills. Training and certification are provided, and Behavior Technicians receive on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Position: Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  
  


• 
  

  Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families

  
  


• 
  

  Document behaviors and collect data

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments

  
  


• 
  

  Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training

  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

  Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

  Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, push/pull 30 pounds as needed for therapy services
