About the Role
KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is hiring passionate and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children in McKenzie, TN. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop important life and communication skills.

This position offers flexible options:

• One candidate may cover both morning and afternoon shifts (split shift – ideal for those seeking full-time hours), or

• Two part-time candidates may cover AM and PM shifts separately.

There is also potential to increase hours to full-time by working in additional nearby locations.

Schedule – McKenzie, TN

• Monday to Friday:

  • Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Estimated Hours: 20–30 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Provide direct, in-person ABA therapy in a child's home or community setting

• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

• Collect and document accurate behavior data

• Attend supervision sessions and team meetings as scheduled

• Support the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or relevant field preferred)

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs

• A passion for helping children grow and succeed

• Reliable transportation

• Active CPR certification

• Willingness to become RBT certified within a defined time frame

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working on the floor and engaging physically with children
