Job Description - Behavior Technician/Register Behavior Technician

Collect and record data on client's behavior

Provide crisis intervention as needed

Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor

Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and their family

Attends meetings as needed
Attend training to continue their growth

A Behavioral Technician helps implement treatment plans customized to an individual's needs. They provide support and guidance to help clients reach their individual goals
BT/RBTs work one on one with clients
A successful Behavioral Technician must display compassion and empathy toward students in difficult situations.

Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
