Now Hiring Individual who has a passion for working with children with Autism!

Looking for a part time Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a 10 hour in home case located in Goodyear, AZ!

 Job Description: 

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA
• Collect data on client behavior and progress, and document this information in Centraal Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and caregivers to ensure that the client's needs are met.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for clients.
• Document all interventions and client progress accurately and ethically.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Willing to complete the 40 hour RBT training within 60 days of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age
• Previous work with children A PLUS!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
