Hopes Promise Respite LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Assistants (BAs) to join our team!

About Hopes Promise Respite LLC:

We are a leading provider of Intensive In-Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA) services, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults aged 5-21 with emotional and behavioral health challenges.

Job Summary:

Behavioral Assistants: Work closely with IIC Clinicians to implement therapeutic behavior management strategies, fostering positive behaviors and emotional regulation in clients.

Qualifications:

Behavioral Assistants:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges.
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
- Ownership of your own vehicle and car insurance.
- Able and willing to transport adolescents in your vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavioral interventions and support plans (BAs).

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
