The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Case Manager supports employees receiving behavioral health services through the DOE Hanford Site Occupational Medical Services program. This part-time role focuses on care coordination, community resource referrals, patient education, and continuity of care for individuals navigating behavioral health concerns, return-to-work needs, leave-related transitions, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
Working closely with behavioral health clinicians, medical case managers, Occupational Health staff, and community providers, the BHS Case Manager helps employees understand next steps, connect with appropriate resources, and successfully navigate services both within the clinic and in the community. The position also supports behavioral health education, outreach, records management, and departmental quality assurance activities.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong case management, patient engagement, communication, community networking, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team.
$30–$35 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
