We are seeking a Mental/Behavioral Health Technician who is caring, dependable, and motivated to make a difference. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with adolescents, offering structure, encouragement, and consistency as they participate in therapeutic programming.

Your Role

• Engage and support teens throughout daily therapeutic and structured activities
   
• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating healthy coping skills and communication
   
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
   
• Observe behavior, document accurately, and communicate with the clinical team
   
• Participate in group activities, recreation, and faith-based support
