Behavioral Therapist

Position Description 

We are currently seeking dedicated part-time behavioral consultants to deliver home and school based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with behavioral and learning challenges.

The responsibilities of this role include providing direct services, conducting parent training, and maintaining thorough documentation such as treatment plans, progress notes, and annual reports. 

Behavioral Therapist Requirements: 

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field
• Must be willing to provide services in Queens, NY
• Availability Monday - Friday
• At least 3 years experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) to school age children diagnosed with Autism

Behavioral Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) to children with Autism
• Foster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in home settings
• Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedules
• Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual review
