Mass Pediatric ABA is looking for a Part Time Behavior Therapist to join our growing team in the Greater Lowell, Chelmsford, Westford, Tewksbury, and surrounding areas. The pay ranges from $22-$30 an hour and you must be 18 years or older to apply.

Our Behavior Therapist will:
- Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home
- Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans
- Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Our Behavior Therapists Must have:
- A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.
- Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings (between the hours of 3pm-8pm). Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
- Be willing to drive a minimum of 30 minutes (or 20 miles) to my client’s homes.
- Be ok with working a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
- Pass a CORI background check
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work closely with other professionals
- Competent computer skills
- Access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work 10 - 25 hours per week
