Job Title: Behavioralist
Location: Hopewell Junction, NY
Position Type: Part-Time (8 hours/week, mornings before 1:00 PM)
Compensation: $45–$65/hour, based on credentials (BCBA/LBA preferred)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Behavioralist to join our team in Hopewell Junction for a part-time role, offering 8 hours per week of morning availability (before 1:00 PM). This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for a flexible schedule and meaningful work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavior assessments and assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.


• Provide direct support to clients and train caregivers or staff on behavioral strategies.


• Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and other team members to support treatment goals.


• Collect and analyze behavior data to guide decision-making.


• Participate in supervision and clinical meetings, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (or currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program).


• BCBA and/or LBA certification preferred.


• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• Reliable transportation to travel to the Hopewell Junction location.

Compensation:

• $45–$65 per hour, commensurate with credentials and experience.
