Job Function:

Beverage cart attendant provides customer service when greeting members and guests in a cheerful and helpful manner; taking beverage orders from customers and servers; mixing various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard company recipes; up-selling where appropriate; calculating and presenting bill and collect payment for each order.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service when acknowledging and greeting each group of members/guests on the course, providing information on convenience cart services and product availability
• Assist members with food and beverages as they are playing golf on our exceptional course
• Stocks cart with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and ice
• Drives food and beverage cart around golf course
• Takes orders from guests
• Receives payment from guests
• Serves food and drinks utilizing appropriate food/drink handling techniques
• Responds to any safety situation in accordance with policies and procedures
• Promptly reports any concerns to management
• Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by management
• Maintains a professional demeanor at all times to everyone

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in difficult weather conditions including heat, rain, and humidity
• Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, outdoor environment
• The individual must be able to lift, move, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching groups

Requirements

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) to five (5) years experience required. 

Certificates and Licenses Required:

TIPS Training Certification
