We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team part-time and help us maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in our billing and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Client Billing Management
  
  
  
  • Process monthly invoices and billing changes promptly and accurately.
  
  
  • Update client accounts for new services, cancellations, or adjustments.
  
  
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing questions or discrepancies.
  
  
  
  


• Affiliate Payments
  
  
  
  • Track, calculate, and process payments for affiliate partners.
  
  
  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate performance and payouts.
  
  
  
  


• Overdue Accounts & Audits
  
  
  
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with overdue clients in a professional manner.
  
  
  • Conduct regular billing audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
  
  
  
  


• Bank Transaction Monitoring
  
  
  
  • Review and reconcile bank transactions in QuickBooks.
  
  
  • Ensure accurate categorization and reporting of financial activity.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting support.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Proficiency with QuickBooks and spreadsheets.


• Clear and professional communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
