In addition to award winning Wine Bar 107, we're adding a NEW full menu dining experience, Bistro 107 at Testarossa. Bistro 107 offers California cuisine with a one-of-a-kind menu, blending classic dishes with modern flavors, using locally sourced, fresh ingredients for guests to pair with our stellar selection of award-winning wines. Located on a charming historic patio surrounded by lush forest, Bistro 107 and Wine Bar 107 offer a unique outdoor dining experience Thursday - Monday. What the Server does!

As a part-time Server, with shifts Friday - Sunday, you’ll provide excellent food and beverage service to each of our guests/club members within the Bistro 107 and Wine Bar 107 service areas to meet to meet sales/club sign up goals and foster brand loyalty. Working at our historic site, the day-to-day may include:

• Delivering a remarkable experience from arrival to departure while building rapport with our guests to foster brand loyalty 
• Elegantly delivering and sharing information on wine and food options
• Informing guests of promotions, upsell and entice guests to sign up for our club membership and purchase wine to go home 
• Collaborating with the service and culinary team to maintain a positive, fun and productive environment

Requirements

• 1+ year of serving in a restaurant
• Winery experience preferred
• Wine sales experience preferred: ability to present and sell wines with sufficient knowledge 
• Passion for wine in your day-to-day life
• Proactive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Availability Thursday - Monday preferred, with weekend and all holiday availability required. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs often 
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift with frequent use of ramp or stairs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (tent provided in winter, shade sails in summer)
• Repetitive motions including, lifting, pouring, and reaching
