Bistro Evening Attendant

Our Bistro Evening Attendants ensure that our guests ending their evening off right with a great dinner/ bar experience and genuine service.  As Bistro Evening Attendant, you are responsible for preparing food orders and serving meals and beverages to guests and performing various kitchen duties. You will also greet guests and keep the dining area neat and clean throughout your shift.  Our bistro evening attendants are always organized, calm, and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our guests have the best experience.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and a smile; ensure you walk around the breakfast area engaging guests as time permits; replenish coffee and provide a memorable guest experience.


• Present menu, answer questions and take food and beverage orders.


• Cook or otherwise prepare food according to recipe.


• Cook food in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.


• Compute bill and accept payment; track sales receipts.


• Clear and clean tables; reset counters and tables.


• Maintain kitchen and wait station by keeping area tidy and clean; stock kitchen and bar at the end of each shift.


• Inventory food, supplies and equipment weekly; order supplies as needed.


• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely, efficient, appropriate and friendly manner.


• Work with the hotel team to create and deliver a memorable service experience for guests.

QUALIFICATIONS
 

• Knowledge of food service regulations.


• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills required.


• Able to easily and quickly lift and carry heavy trays.


• Able to stand for long periods of time.


• Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to the brand standards.


• Able to work in a fast paced environment.


• Must be available AM shifts and weekends.
