Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Job Summary
We are seeking a BCBA to join our team! We are specifically hiring someone to work in Mount Dora, Eustis, Sorrento, and Taveres. Currently this position is in-school, however we are opening a clinic in Mount Dora in the near future. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, create individualized treatment plans and supervise RBT's. If you are a BCBA who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
 
Responsibilities 
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions 
Perform regular supervision of RBT's
Adhere to all facility and BACB standards and ethics
 
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, behavior analysis or similar field
Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB
Previous experience as a BCBA preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
