WORK in PARADISE:

Your opportunity to join the team of the world renowned Little Palm Island Resort and Spa. The luxury private Island resort includes 15 bungalows, spa, bar lounge, and fine dining restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Guests and team members arrive by our private ferry. Little Palm Island redefines working in paradise.

The JOB:

As a Boatmate, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the welcoming face of the resort. We are looking for a new team member to assist the Boat Captains in delivering our precious guests and their luggage to and from the Island with class and style.

The Boatmate will greet our guests and ensure they safely embark and disembark our boats on the way to their private luxury Island vacation. Between runs you keep our beautiful boats sparkling clean. If you enjoy being on the water, providing excellent service and meeting new people, we invite you to become part of our professional, fun team.

YOU:

To be successful in this position, we're looking for team members who thrive on providing an amazing experience for our guests. This role requires an attention to detail and a big smile. You should be efficient, observant, personable and able to assist with guest luggage. Your upbeat personality will shine all day. Ability to work outdoors in the Keys' climate with a great attitude a must.
