The Bowling Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting the guests and launching the guest experience at AllStar Lanes & Casino.

Pay range: $16.66 - $17.00

How You'll Succeed

In this role you will:

• Answer questions about pricing, addressing customer concerns
• Help customers find shoes
• Issue lanes to customer(s)
• Sanitize shoes
• Hand out shoes
• Call back bowling calls
• Book parties at the desk
• Bowling parties, Bday parties etc
• Cleaning of the lanes
• Issue out scratch tickets
• Issue out pull tabs

Requirements

Must be 18 years old

Knowledge of Bowling preferred but not required!
